2026 Homearama Best Use of Technology Award Winner.

Built around how your business runs

Operational simplicity

One technology partner and one standard scope, home after home.

Reduced coordination

We plan around your schedule and trades, so your superintendents aren't chasing details.

Standardized specs

A defined technology-ready package your team, your buyers and your sales staff can all count on.

Buyer satisfaction

Homes that work well on move-in day, plus a local partner buyers can call afterward. Fewer technology questions land back on you.

What the Builder Partner Program includes

  • Standardized technology-ready infrastructure. A consistent prewire and network foundation built into every home, ready for today's needs and future upgrades.
  • Coordinated pre-drywall design and installation. We plan and install on your schedule, coordinated with your other trades, before walls close.
  • Buyer upgrade consultations. We meet with your buyers within an agreed selection window to walk through options, so your sales team doesn't have to become technology experts. Buyers who come on board after construction has started can still review the upgrade options that remain practical at that stage.
  • Optional integrated smart-home experiences. Entertainment, whole-home audio, lighting, climate, cameras and networking, offered as upgrades that work together as one system.
  • Professional commissioning and homeowner handoff. Every system is tested, tuned and explained to the buyer at move-in.
  • Ongoing support. After closing, homeowners have a local partner for questions and service, including optional annual service agreements.

How it works on every home

Plan review

We review plans and confirm the standard technology-ready spec for the home.

Buyer upgrade consultation

Within an agreed selection window, your buyer meets with us to choose any upgrades. Selections are documented and shared with your team.

Pre-drywall prewire

We install the standard infrastructure plus any upgrades selected before the prewire cutoff, coordinated with your schedule and trades.

Trim-out & installation

Devices, equipment and finishes are installed cleanly near the end of construction.

Commissioning

We test and fine-tune every system before closing.

Homeowner handoff

We walk the buyer through their home's technology so it works for them from day one.

Ongoing support

We stay available to the homeowner after move-in, so technology questions don't become warranty calls for your team.

Buyer identified after construction has started?

Not every home sells before prewire, and that's fine. When a buyer is identified later, we meet with them as soon as possible, confirm what's still feasible at that stage of construction, and offer post-prewire upgrade options where feasible. Anything that's no longer practical before closing can be planned as a project after move-in. Selections and any limits are documented and shared with your team, so nobody is surprised.

One home first. Then a standard.

We don't ask you to change your process overnight. We start with a single, clearly scoped pilot home:

  • Defined scope. We agree up front on exactly what's included.
  • Clear responsibilities. Who handles what, from plans to walkthrough, is written down.
  • Set milestones. Key checkpoints, including the buyer selection window and prewire cutoff, are tied to your construction schedule.
  • Shared review. After the pilot, we review what worked together and refine the details.

From there, we turn the pilot into standard specifications you can use on every home that follows.

For architects & interior designers

Technology that respects the design

Great technology should be felt, not seen. We work alongside architects and interior designers to protect the vision of the home:

  • Early coordination. Involve us during design, not after framing, so technology is planned in rather than added on.
  • Clean installations. Thoughtful placement of keypads, speakers, displays and access points.
  • Aesthetics first. Finishes, sightlines and layouts guide our design choices.
  • Equipment concealment. Hidden racks, in-wall and in-ceiling solutions, and discreet equipment locations.
  • No late-stage compromises. Early planning avoids the surprise surface-mounted device or visible wire at the end of a project.
