As an educator and organizer, Natalie has empowered individuals and communities, fostering environments of collaboration and support.

Natalie holds a Master’s degree in Special Education from Spalding University and a Bachelor’s degree in English. Known for her ability to forge strong partnerships and her passion for community engagement, she is dedicated to building bridges between organizations and their target audiences. As Outreach Director, Natalie will focus on expanding relationships, increasing community impact, and creating dynamic programs that align with the organization’s mission.

Colby Dorris is the Intern of Engineering and Automation at JackNat Consulting, where he is spearheading the company’s Smart Homes initiative. Though new to ERP, Colby is passionate about leveraging technology to enhance modern living spaces through automation. Currently pursuing his bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering at Western Kentucky University (WKU), he is committed to applying his academic knowledge to real-world projects that drive innovation in home automation.
